Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
To help us prepare everything for your arrival, please let us know your expected arrival time at least one day in advance. This allows us to welcome you smoothly and avoid any delays.
If you would like to arrive outside of these hours, it may be possible if there are no other guests.
In this case, please inform us at least 2 days in advance.
Late arrivals are also possible, but they must be communicated ahead of time.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Please send us a message at least 40 minutes before your departure so we can arrange to collect the keys.
Before leaving, we kindly ask that you:

Wash any dishes you have used.

Gather all rubbish in one place. There’s no need to take it outside—we’ll take care of it for you.

Make sure you have collected all your personal belongings.

Turn off all lights before leaving.
There’s no need to remove the bed linens. We’ll take care of the rest so you can simply enjoy your departure.
Taxi Service
If you need a taxi for your check-out, we’re happy to help.
We can provide the phone number of a trusted local taxi driver who knows exactly where the cave is located.
Simply send the driver a WhatsApp message saying that you need a taxi to Jonathan and Ingrid’s Cave in El tablado, and he’ll know where to pick you up.
We recommend arranging your pickup in advance, especially if you have a flight or other scheduled transportation, to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Bus from Tenerife South Airport
If you’re arriving by public transport, Bus 711 provides a convenient connection from Tenerife South Airport to El Tablado.
If you need any help finding the correct bus stop, understanding the route, or planning your journey, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you get to the cave as easily as possible.
