WATER SUPPLY

Our cave is supplied by a private 1,000-liter water tank, which means the water available during your stay is limited. We kindly ask all guests to use it responsibly to ensure there is enough for the entire stay.

The cave does not have conventional hot water.

However, thanks to its unique seaside location and the many hours of sunshine throughout the day, the water naturally remains pleasantly temperate for most of the year, making it comfortable for the majority of our guests.

We’ve thought of that too.

You’ll find a basin and a ladle available, allowing you to easily heat water in the kitchen and mix it with the water from the tank to enjoy a warm bath whenever you wish.

It’s a simple, traditional ritual that reflects the authentic charm of staying in a genuine Canarian cave house—an experience that many of our guests remember as one of the most unique and memorable parts of their stay.

Prefer warmer water, or visiting during the winter?

If the water level runs low during your stay, simply send us a message. The tank can be refilled from outside the cave, so there’s no need for us to enter the property. Once the hose is connected, water is available again in just a few minutes, allowing you to continue enjoying your stay without interruption.
