One of the most charming features of our cave is its unique lighting.

The entire cave, terrace, and bathroom are illuminated with warm solar-powered LED lights inspired by candlelight, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere from sunset onwards.

You’ll also find:

• Solar-powered LED lighting throughout the cave, terrace and bathroom.

• Motion-sensor lights for added convenience.

• Flashlights available for your use.

Thanks to this lighting system, most of our guests enjoy their entire stay without needing to use the generator.

Although the cave is designed to be enjoyed without conventional electricity, we also provide a gasoline generator for guests who prefer it.

Its use is completely optional.

The generator has a 3.6-liter fuel tank, providing approximately 8 hours of continuous operation.

We include:

• For one-night stays: a full tank of gasoline.

• For longer stays: an additional 5-liter gasoline container.

Any additional refueling during your stay is the guest’s responsibility.

The cave has a private 1,000-liter water tank, so the water supply is limited. We kindly ask all guests to use water responsibly to ensure there is enough for the entire stay.
The cave does not have hot water.

 However, thanks to its seaside location and the many hours of sunshine throughout the day, the water is naturally warmed and remains pleasantly temperate for most of the year, making it comfortable for the majority of our guests.

A portable 4G Wi-Fi router with unlimited data is available for your use.

It includes:

• Up to 8 hours of battery life.

• A power bank that extends its battery life to approximately 200 hours.

• Connection for up to 15 devices at the same time.

It’s perfect for messaging, checking maps, browsing the internet, or staying in touch during your stay.

• Parties are not permitted.

• Music is welcome, provided it is kept at a respectful volume and does not disturb the peaceful surroundings.

• Please do not flush paper down the toilet.

• We kindly ask all guests to use water responsibly, as the cave is supplied by a limited private water tank.

We’ve thought of that too.

You’ll find a basin and a ladle ready for you, allowing you to heat water in the kitchen and easily mix it with the water from the tank to enjoy a warm bath.

It’s a simple, traditional ritual that is part of the charm of staying in an authentic Canarian cave house—an experience many of our guests remember with great affection.
