Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Experience

 

Our property is a natural cave carved into volcanic rock and is not a conventional house, apartment, or hotel.

Due to its unique characteristics, access conditions, and operational limitations, special cancellation terms apply.

 

By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and understood the full property description, house rules, and all important information provided on our website and in the PDF guide sent prior to arrival.

 

 

2. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 full days before the scheduled experience date

 

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled experience date and receive a 100% refund of the total reservation amount.

 

Cancellations must be completed through the official experience channel used to make the reservation.

 

 

3. Cancellations Within 14 Days of Experience Day

Due to the limited availability and preparation required, dates cannot be resold on short notice.

If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the Experience date, no refund will be issued.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

 

• Personal reasons

• Travel changes

• Weather conditions

• Misunderstanding of the nature of the accommodation

 

 

4. Cancellation After the Experience Start

 

If a guest chooses to cancel after Experience start, the following conditions apply:

 

• No refund will be issued for any unused nights or services

• The guest is expected to vacate the property upon cancellation.

• It is strongly recommended that cancellation be made only once the guest is fully prepared to leave the accommodation, including packing personal belongings

 

 

5. Early Departure

 

Early departure for any reason does not qualify for a refund.

Once check-in has occurred, the reservation is considered active and fully consumed under this policy.

 

 

6. Non-Refundable Services and Extras

 

All extras and additional services (including but not limited to meals, groceries, transfers, flowers, or special preparations) are non-refundable, as they are purchased or prepared specifically for the guest.

 

 

7. Acknowledgement of Conditions

 

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that:

 

• They understand the non-conventional nature of the cave accommodation

• They have had access to all relevant information prior to arrival

• They accept this cancellation policy in full
